We’ve designed three plans to suit different travel needs: Basic, Premium 50, and Stress-Free Journey.
This plan comes with no additional cost. A security deposit hold is placed on your credit card to cover any potential damages, theft, fire, or incidents. Upon returning the vehicle, if no damages are found, the full amount held is released back to your credit card.
Services not covered under the Basic plan can still be used, but if the issue is caused by the customer, an additional charge will apply. Example: You may contact the roadside assistance number, but if the problem results from customer error (such as a punctured or damaged tire), the tow truck cost will be charged separately.

With the Basic plan, you can also individually add optional services, such as: - Complete roadside assistance - Passenger protection (PAI) - Reduction of the deductible by 50% or 100%

With a small daily fee, the Premium 50 plan includes: - Full roadside assistance - Passenger protection (PAI) - Reduction of the security deposit hold on the credit card — we retain only 50% of the deductible
